ChainCatcher 消息，据 Riot Platforms 向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件，公司已于 9 月 21 日自愿偿还 Coinbase Credit 全部未偿借款及应计利息，并终止此前规模为 2 亿美元的信贷额度，未产生提前终止费用或罚金。
该贷款此前已被 Riot 全额提取，固定年利率为 6.15%，原到期日为 2027 年 4 月 20 日。截至 6 月 30 日，Riot 曾抵押 5821 枚 BTC 作为贷款担保，价值约 3.407 亿美元，占当时公司持有 BTC 总量的约 51%；随着贷款偿还，Coinbase 对相关抵押资产的担保权益同步解除。Riot 最初于 2025 年 4 月获得 1 亿美元比特币抵押贷款，次月将额度提高至 2 亿美元。此次偿还距离修订后的到期日约提前 7 个月。
