Vox Royalty to Acquire 0.75% Royalty on Sorby Hills Project in Australia

Vox Royalty's (VOXR) Vox Royalty Australia unit signed a binding deal to acquire an effective 0.75% net smelter return royalty over the Sorby Hills silver-lead project in Australia from a private seller for $13 million in cash, the company said Monday.
The royalty acquisition is expected to close in Q4, subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the Foreign Investment Review Board in Australia, Vox Royalty said.
Sorby Hills is under construction and is owned by Boab Metals, the company added.
