Inner Mongolia OJing Science & Technology Subsidiary Signs 97 Million Yuan Contract for Silicon Material Facility

Inner Mongolia OJing Science & Technology (SHE:001269) subsidiary Ningxia OJing Technology signed a physical asset contract to purchase land and factory assets for a monocrystalline silicon material smart factory for 97.2 million yuan.
Ningxia Ojing won as the sole bidder during an auction, according to a Monday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The subsidiary paid 27.2 million yuan for the first installment and 10 million yuan as bidding deposit, leaving a balance of 60 million yuan payable within 30 business days of the contract taking effect.
