金吾财讯 | 汇丰银行（HSBC）与纳斯达克（NDAQ）联合宣布，汇丰已正式采用纳斯达克Calypso平台作为其场内衍生品（ETD）清算工具，实现清算能力的全面整合。据悉，汇丰自2011年起便采用Calypso进行场外衍生品（OTC，包括利率、通胀和信用违约互换等）及回购业务的清算。此次将其应用拓展至场内衍生品，旨在通过汇丰“Real Clear”服务提供实时的清算活动、保证金与风险敞口监控，从而助力机构客户实现跨产品交叉保证金管理，优化抵押品使用效率。此外，汇丰计划在2026年年底前将该平台的使用范围扩展至美国国债现货交易，以应对即将实施的强制清算新规。纳斯达克方面表示，Calypso平台将持续提供灵活、可扩展的技术支持，协助全球金融机构应对市场24小时无休化、人工智能应用以及代币化资产清算等趋势带来的新挑战。
