金吾财讯 | 礼来（LLY）宣布启动“礼来重构轨道承诺”（Lilly Changethe Course Commitment）全球健康倡议。该计划旨在消除中低收入国家在糖尿病和肥胖症治疗领域的长期缺口，实现低收入与高收入地区患者用药数量的平等。目前，高收入国家每4名可获取礼来相关药物的患者中，中低收入国家仅有1人能够获得。为实现2040年前的平等目标，礼来表示将采取三大战略举措：1）优化药品研发与储运：在临床开发初期即考虑资源匮乏地区的实际需求，推广如口服小分子GLP-1受体激动剂Foundayo（orforglipron）等常温保存药物，降低冷链物流成本。2）加快市场准入与注册：加速在非洲、拉丁美洲和亚洲等中低收入国家推进GLP-1受体激动剂等创新药品的注册审批。3）强化基层医疗体系：与全球健康组织合作，通过培训社区卫生人员及应用数字工具，提升当地疾病早期诊断与诊疗能力。礼来董事长兼CEO表示，此前“30x30”项目已提早5年完成目标，公司将持续扩大创新疗法在低资源环境下的普及度。
