智通财经APP讯，易生活控股(00223)发布公告，于2026年9月30日，公司拟配售最多3.26亿股配售股份，占于本公布日期已发行股份总数约19.97%;及经悉数配发及发行配售股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约16.65%。 每股配售股份0.1港元的配售价较9月30日收市价每股0.096港元溢价约4.17%。假设全部配售股份获悉数配售，配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别为约3259万港元及估计约3190万港元。
集团拟动用(i)约1077万港元(相当于配售事项所得款项净额约33.76%)用于发展集团供应链业务，包括向供应商预付融资款项;(ii)约837万港元(相当于配售事项所得款项净额约26.24%)用于结清公司若干尚未偿还的应付款项，包括专业费用及偿还董事贷款;(iii)约1276万港元(相当于配售事项所得款项净额约40.00%)用于补充集团营运资金，其中约871万港元拟主要用于支付中国香港总部的员工薪金及办公室租金;及约405万港元拟主要用于支付公司于中国营运之附属公司的员工薪金、办公室租金、市场推广开支及其他相关成本。
