Anhui Expressway Leases Operating Rights of Three Service Areas

Anhui Expressway (HKG:0995, SHA:600012) unit Anhui Ningxuanhang Expressway Investment agreed to lease the operating rights of the three service areas to Anhui Transportation Holding Yida Service Development Group.
The contract applies to the Shuidong and Zhongxi Service Areas on the respective Xuanning and Ningqian sections of the Xuantong Expressway, as well as the Nanyihu Service Area on the Lixuan section of the Ningxuan Expressway, a Wednesday bourse filing showed.
Anhui Transportation Holding Yida Service Development Group will take care of operations related to catering, accommodation, car repair, charging and battery-swap stations, advertising, food, and department store operations.
