智通财经APP讯，硅鑫集团(08349)发布公告，董事会谨此告知股东，本公司正等待委聘独立调查机构进行取证调查及委聘独立内部监控顾问，以及就该事件的进展与中国相关部门及中国法律顾问保持持续沟通，并将适时发布相关公告。
本公司为投资控股公司。本集团的主要业务为于中国(i)研发、生产及销售玻璃钢产品;及(ii)销售工业硅砂物料。
于本公告日期，尽管本公司股份正在暂停买卖，除本集团两间主要营运附属公司(即国硅新材料(内蒙古)有限公司及湖北澳讯新材料技术有限公司)暂时停运，本集团的其他业务营运在所有重大方面均如常进行。
应本公司请求，本公司股份已自2026年3月27日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，以待刊发2025年全年业绩、寄发2025年年报、刊发2026年中期业绩公告、寄发2026年中期报告及有关本公司内幕消息之公告。
