智通财经APP讯，本末科技(06731)发布公告，于本公告日期，本公司与中国稀土集团创新科技有限公司(中稀科创)已签署战略合作协议。
根据战略合作协议，双方将建立常态化技术交流机制并联合开展钕铁硼、聚磁环、辐射磁环等高性能磁性材料研发，结合稀土上游资源与电机应用场景的技术需求，开发适配直驱电机的高性能磁材产品。双方将聚焦磁材性能优化、电机小型化、高扭矩输出等核心需求开展联合攻关，推动直驱动力模组在具身机器人、家用智慧设备、工业自动化、医疗高端装备等市场落地应用。
产业链层面，双方协同打通从稀土新材料到机器人动力部件的国产产业链，实现上下游价值共创。同时积极探索股权投资、产业基金等产融结合模式，赋能磁性材料与直驱电机优质项目，并推进领域专业人才联合培养与技术迭代。
本次合作将依托双方各自产业禀赋，推动稀土新材料与机器人终端应用深度耦合，补齐关键材料与核心部件协同创新链条，共同推动中国机器人产业关键环节自主可控与高品质发展。
