　　细碎程度与回收表现之间存在成本交换。CBCX认为，更小粒度可能扩大有效接触面积，同时也会增加破碎作业要求，并影响堆体渗透性及运行管理。评估工艺优劣应同时比较回收收益、能耗、维护和施工条件，而非只以回收率高低判断项目价值已经上升。

　　集中采用一处堆浸设施，可以简化部分物料和溶液管理，但仍需明确场地承载、衬层设计及长期监测要求。工程方案减少分散设施的协调环节，并不意味着所有建设风险自动消失。技术研究必须将现场约束与试验条件结合，才能形成更可靠的资本和运营预算。不同矿石批次的代表性同样重要，平均试验结果可能掩盖局部差异，后续仍需扩大验证范围。

　　随着预可行性研究推进，CBCX分析称，应关注新的经济模型如何吸收工艺参数，以及不同矿石类型的回收差异。额外投入是否获得足够收益，需要在统一假设下完整测算；规模化运行与试验之间的偏差，也应保留调整空间。研究进展应与最终投产结果分别看待。
