ChainCatcher 消息，卫星通信基础设施公司 Space Network 与菲律宾基础设施公司 HQ Company International Holdings 签署 5000 万美元具有约束力的预购协议，将通过低轨卫星网络 Freeport 向菲律宾提供卫星连接。签约仪式在首尔 SKY 31 举行，Space Network 首席执行官 Tae Lim Oh 与 HQ Company 首席执行官 Yongsoo Samuel Cho 出席。
根据协议，Space Network 提供 Freeport 网络接入、技术硬件、软件及持续工程支持，HQ Company 负责当地销售、客户获取、频谱授权与区域服务落地。Cho 为菲律宾前总统 Fidel V. Ramos 的孙女婿，长期在菲律宾从事跨境投资与基础设施业务。该协议叠加 Space Network 于 2026 年 6 月与越南 DETI Technology 签署的 1 亿美元协议后，商业预购总额达到 1.5 亿美元。
