智通财经APP获悉，中国生物制药(01177)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.15%，报5.725港元，成交额1.88亿港元。
花旗发布研报称，中国生物制药旗下正大天晴与德国药企STADA就生物类似药达成战略合作，授予STADA在欧盟、瑞士、英国及独立国家联合体商业化帕博利珠单抗生物类似药(TQB3570，抗PD-1单克隆抗体)的独家许可，并可选择拓展至美国及海湾合作委员会成员国(GCC)市场。该行认为合作带来惊喜。
根据协议，正大天晴将收取首付款及高达5300万欧元的开发、监管及销售里程碑付款，并享有双位数利润分成。花旗指出，此次合作印证了中国生物制药的生物类似药生产平台具商业化质量，未来将可透过生产供应分享授权药物利润，并受惠于2025至2034年共118项美国生物药专利到期、合计销售逾2300亿美元带动的全球生物类似药市场扩张。中生制药透露年内对外授权交易合计首付款及近期里程碑付款达3.55亿美元，潜在总交易金额达34亿美元。
