Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ) Icotyde therapy for plaque psoriasis may reach peak sales of $4.5 billion on an 18% market share, BofA Securities said Tuesday in a report, citing its physician dermatology survey.

The previous forecast was $2.4 billion in peak sales from a 10% market share, while physicians forecast a peak share of 25% in advanced-treatment new starts, the report said.

BofA said its 2030 sales estimate of about $3 billion for Icotyde remains below the $5.6 billion Wall Street consensus, which may overstate the potential contribution from the inflammatory bowel disease indication that is expected to begin in 2029-30.

BofA raised its price target on Johnson & Johnson stock to $278 from $263 and maintained its neutral rating.
