Salesforce (CRM) said late Tuesday it entered an agreement to acquire AI-powered client research platform Listen Labs as part of efforts to expand its user understanding capabilities.
The merger is expected to complement the company's market and service cloud segments, as well as its broader AI portfolio, the company said.
The deal is expected to be completed in the company's fiscal Q4, subject to closing conditions, according to a statement.
