Coastal Financial (CCB) unit Coastal Community Bank's financial technology partner, Bluevine, has signed an agreement for Valley National Bancorp to acquire the business, Bluevine said Monday.

Coastal Financial shares sank 18% as intraday trading volume increased to over 465,000 shares from the stock's daily average of more than 241,000.

MongoDB (MDB) said Monday Chirantan Desai has stepped down as president and CEO of the firm to pursue a senior role at Meta Platforms (META). The company appointed Dev Ittycheria as interim president and CEO, effective immediately.

MongoDB shares fell 17% and intraday trading volume increased to nearly 14.7 million shares compared with a daily average of over 1.6 million.

Greenland Mines (GRML) shares dropped roughly 18% after the company said its common shares began trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Friday. It also announced Thursday it secured more than $42 million from current investors via a registered direct offering of common shares and pre-funded warrants.

More than 7.6 million shares traded intraday, compared with a daily average of about 7.4 million.
