中环新能源宣布，拟更名为“中环智算科技控股集团有限公司”。标志着公司增长逻辑正在从以光伏制造为核心驱动，向“新能源+AI+算力”的复合增长模式深度演进。中环智算董事会表示，新名称更能反映本集团业务发展现况及未来发展方向。
公告称，公司正积极把握全球人工智能产业带来的市场快速增长的机遇，未来计划投资、兴建及经营数据中心。中环智算的这一表态，与公司此前披露的中报业绩变动趋势亦高度契合。今年上半年，中环智算AI芯片及服务器分部收入已达约10.47亿港元，占公司总收益的16.5%，展现出了强劲的增长动能。
