消息面上，博雷顿发布公告，本公司近日与因霍伊投资(私人)有限公司(INHOYI INVESTMENTS (PRIVATE) LIMITED)(因霍伊)订立了一项合作意向书(合作意向书)。据此，本公司与因霍伊(统称订约双方，各称订约方)双方有意在电动矿卡销售代理及矿山设备投资运营领域建立长期合作关系，意向书将于2036年9月26日期满。
本公司有意择机进行光储设备(30MWp光伏+60MWh储能)的设计、采购、建设、运营及采矿设备的选型、采购；并在设备建成或采购完成后，由本公司或其关联方择机将标的设备出售给因霍伊，并提供长期运维服务。订约双方有意在标的设备投资完成且矿区项目实现销售收入后，因霍伊将享有的矿区项目利润与本公司共享。
