智通财经APP讯，智升集团控股(08370)发布公告，内容有关(其中包括)：(i)集团收购位于中华人民共和国内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市一幅占地面积约50,000平方米土地之土地使用权，用于建造其自有数据中心;及(ii)集团(透过公司执行董事及主要股东赖宁宁先生控制的一间公司)于2026年8月7日接获一家顶尖社交平台公司的中标通知，涉及于集团将在该土地建造的数据中心提供处理容量合共约500兆瓦的数据中心服务，其中约180兆瓦预计自2027年5月前后起分批交付。除上文所述约180兆瓦外，集团欣然宣布，集团透过项目公司于2026年9月29日接获该客户的订单，分两批交付120兆瓦，包括分别于2028年第一季度及第二季度各交付60兆瓦，惟尚待若干条款及条件最终落实。
