智通财经APP获悉，野村发布研报称，予康方生物(09926)目标价138.29港元以及“买入”评级。
野村表示，9月29日港股开盘前，康方生物及其海外合作伙伴Summit Therapeutics(SMMT.US)宣布，Summit获得阿斯利康(AZN.US)20亿美元的战略投资。阿斯利康对Summit可转换优先股的这笔20亿美元投资相当于Summit普通股约12%的股权(稀释后为10.6%)。
双方也将合作评估维索奈妥塔单抗sonesitatug vedotin，这是一种CLDN 18.2 ADC药物，由阿斯利康从康诺亚(02162)与乐普生物(02157)组成的合资公司授权引入，与依沃西单抗(ivonescimab)一起。该行认为，这对与依沃西单抗在全球市场的开发是利好消息，而依沃西单抗正是康方生物核心价值的组成部分。
