ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals (HKG:1541) unit ImmuneCare Biopharmaceutical (Shanghai) completed a capital increase through a 50 million yuan investment, a Monday bourse filing showed.
Shares of the biopharmaceutical company were up nearly 6% in Tuesday afternoon trading.
A group of investors completed the subscription of 15.83% of the enlarged equity interest in the target, as first announced in August.
The target had also agreed to convert 15.9 million yuan of outstanding principal and interest under a loan it owes to ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals into 147,498 yuan of its enlarged registered capital.
Following completion, the unit is 68.34%, 15.83%, 6.33%, 6.33%, and 3.17% held by ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals, Jiaxing Changxin, Jiaxing Zhangke Lingyi Shengke Qihang Ventures, Shouzhou Xinjie Chuangyuan Enterprise Management, and Wang Xueyan, respectively.
ImmuneCare Biopharmaceutical (Shanghai) engages mainly in the development of innovative drugs for metabolic and rare diseases.
