The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has required SPT X (SET:SPTX) to provide additional information on its planned 1.19 billion baht investment for a 92% stake in Rassapoom Beauty Antiagings, citing the transaction as material and a related-party transaction.
The bourse said the deal involves SPTX major shareholder and Vice President Rassapoom Sumethiwit, whose stake in SPTX would rise from 21% to 43% following completion, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singaporean bourse.
SET also asked the company to explain the planned transfer of land and buildings housing two clinics to the seller and subsequent leaseback arrangements.
The company is required to submit the clarifications by Oct. 5 and disclose the board's and Audit Committee's opinions by Oct. 12.
