消息面上，9月16日，第十三届非洲航空航天与防务展（AAD2026）在南非比勒陀利亚沃特克鲁夫空军基地正式开幕，中直股份直10ME、直11、AC332等型号亮相展会。光大证券指出，中直股份是航空工业集团旗下直升机业务整体上市平台，也是国内低空经济重要企业，具有完备的产业链基础，深度绑定国家低空经济战略。
公开资料显示，中航科工是中国航空工业集团旗下的境外资本运营平台，构建了覆盖航空整机、配套系统与航空工程服务的全产业链体系。据悉，中航科工附属公司主要包括：中直股份(持股约53.6%)、洪都航空(持股约43.8%)、中航光电(持股约36.7%)、中航机载(持股约16.5%)等。
