　　康诺亚-B（02162）午后涨超8%，截至发稿，股价上涨8.95%，现报79.70港元，成交额2.37亿港元。

　　本月初，康诺亚宣布已与跨国医药公司 Aeira 就司普奇拜单抗注射液在东南亚和中亚等 18 个国家和地区的上市注册和商业化达成许可协议。中邮证券指出，康诺亚作为国内创新药出海新锐，在自免、肿瘤等多个创新药领域具备强竞争优势。公司的核心管线已上市，医保元年放量高增，叠加纳入基药有望进步开拓市场空间。此外创新性管线已完成多个出海BD，有望开拓全球市场。同时合作AZ的管线已经取得三期阳性结果，提升全球商业化确定性。

　　值得一提的是，康方生物海外合作伙伴Summit Therapeutics已与阿斯利康达成战略合作，阿斯利康将出资20亿美元对Summit进行战略股权投资，并拟主导推进依沃西联合阿斯利康的Sonesitatug Vedotin（Sone-Ve，CLDN18.2 ADC）用于多种胃肠道肿瘤的临床研究。据悉，Sone-Ve原名CMG901，是康诺亚和乐普生物的合资公司KYM（双方分别持股70%和30%）研发的Claudin18.2 ADC。2023年2月，阿斯利康以6300万美元首付款、超过11亿美元的里程碑付款拿下它的全球权益。
