Megaport's (ASX:MP1) Latitude.sh subsidiary secured three new artificial intelligence infrastructure contracts valued at about AU$978.6 million in total, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The contracts are expected to contribute toward annual recurring revenue (ARR) as the hardware becomes operational through the third quarter of fiscal 2027, and reach the full run-rate of roughly $162.7 million in ARR by the fourth quarter, the filing said.
The company raised its fiscal 2027 group revenue guidance to between AU$720 million and AU$810 million from between AU$620 million and AU$730 million.
Group capital expenditure is now expected to be AU$1.78 billion to AU$1.88 billion from AU$1.28 billion to AU$1.38 billion, per the filing.
