Jiangsu Ruitai New Energy Materials (SHE:301238) approved an increase in the 2026 estimated daily related-party transactions with Tianji New Energy Technology by 210 million yuan to up to 360 million yuan.
The transactions involve purchasing lithium hexafluorophosphate and other chemical products, priced based on market conditions, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the electrolyte supplier closed 1% higher Wednesday.
