IT之家 9 月 30 日消息，科技媒体 404 Media 于 9 月 28 日披露一份内部文件，报道称数百名受雇于微软的合同工，能够看到用户上传的含有清晰面部信息的照片，以及相关提示词和 AI 生成的编辑结果。
该媒体记者约瑟夫 · 考克斯（Joseph Cox）在调查后指出，这些合同工可以看到用户上传的图片、输入发送给 Copilot 的原始提示词，以及 AI 生成的前后版本编辑结果。IT之家附上相关截图如下：
考克斯调查称这些合同工并非内容审核员，受雇于微软主要给 AI 生成质量打分，并以普通观看者的直觉作出判断。一位合同工向 404 Media 表示：“人脸从不会被打码，而且很多提示词带有性暗示，内容上也存在明显的非自愿性质”。
微软 Copilot 的隐私常见问题解答称，用户上传的图片在用于训练 AI 前，会模糊处理人脸等，不过这一表述主要涉及训练 AI，并不完全适用于人工评级工作。
报道指出为这些工作人员提供招募服务的公司中，至少有一家是 Prolific，这是一家专门为研究项目和 AI 反馈工作招募人员的公司。
