Keppel (SGX:BN4) priced 1 billion yuan of 1.95% notes due in 2031, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The notes will be issued at 100% of their principal amount and carry a fixed interest rate of 1.95% per year, payable semi-annually. They are expected to be listed around Oct. 9.
The global asset manager plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate and working capital.
DBS Bank, ICBC, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, and United Overseas Bank are the joint bookrunners and lead managers for the offering.
