Metasurface Technologies (HKG:8637) received approval from the Singapore Exchange to lodge the offer document for its proposed Singapore listing, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The precision engineering services provider submitted its formal application for the listing on July 8 and plans to pursue a dual listing on the Hong Kong GEM and SGX Catalist Board. The proposed listing is subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.

If completed, Metasurface plans to issue new shares under its general mandate for listing and trading in Singapore. Metasurface said it currently has no plans to withdraw its GEM listing.
