Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Secures 2.2 Billion Yen Loan

Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park (TYO:3471) has resolved to borrow 2.2 billion yen from The Higo Bank to partially fund the purchase of the real estate trust beneficiary interests of on-L yokushisaka.
The new loan carries a fixed interest rate of 2.5438%, with the borrowing date set for Oct. 1, 2026 and repayment due Oct. 1, 2030, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
The REIT's total borrowings will increase from 215.3 billion yen to 217.5 billion yen, while total borrowing and investment corporation bonds will rise from 222.3 billion to 224.5 billion yen.
