Gas Maker Inox Air Products Files for India IPO

India's Inox Air Products has filed for an initial public offering, according to draft prospectus documents dated Wednesday.

The offering will comprise an offer for sale of up to 77.2 million shares, with no fresh issue, meaning the company will not receive any proceeds from the IPO.

Selling shareholders include Prodair Corporation, Inox Chemicals LLP, Siddho Mal Trading LLP, Siddhomal Air Products and Sitashri Trading and Finance.

Inox Air Products is India's largest integrated industrial, medical, electronic and specialty gases company by revenue, with a 22.4% market share in fiscal 2026, according to the CRISIL report cited in the prospectus.

The company operated facilities across 57 locations in 15 states and one union territory as of March 31.

Revenue rose to 30.3 billion rupees in fiscal 2026, while profit increased to 9.14 billion rupees from 8.81 billion rupees a year earlier, the filing showed.
