金吾财讯 | 罗杰斯通信（RCI）盘前股价扬升7.42%，暂报33.00美元。消息面上，该公司发布公告称，已完成对枫叶体育与娱乐公司（MLSE）的收购，将其在MLSE的持股比例提升至100%。其中，罗杰斯以43.5亿加元从基尔默体育公司手中收购了MLSE剩余的25%股权。公告披露，MLSE旗下包括多伦多枫叶队（NHL）、多伦多猛龙队（NBA）、多伦多FC（MLS）、多伦多阿尔戈英雄队（CFL），以及与多伦多NHL和NBA球队相关的青训梯队、加拿大丰业银行体育馆，还有其与LiveNation的合作关系。罗杰斯目前的体育与娱乐业务组合则涵盖多伦多蓝鸟队、罗杰斯中心、Sportsnet，以及30多家电视网络和40多家广播电台。罗杰斯表示，将成立一个新的业务部门——罗杰斯体育，整合罗杰斯旗下的体育、媒体与娱乐业务，其中包括MLSE和多伦多蓝鸟队。随着收购交易的顺利完成，公司将持续优化体育业务运营模式。
