智通财经APP获悉，内房股多数走低，截至发稿，雅居乐集团(03383)跌 4%；融创中国(01918)跌6%；绿城中国(03900)跌4%；融信中国(03301)跌3%。
消息面上，据中指研究院，今年1-9月，100家房企销售总额为22597.2亿元，同比降幅与1-8月持平。楼市仍处淡季行情，仅核心城市在优质项目入市带动下市场仍有支撑，重点房企销售业绩降幅略有扩大。花旗认为，2027年将是核心城市楼价复苏的关键一年，受新供应减少及库存支持；但对2026年第四季仍保持审慎，因现房销售政策后发展商销售及盈利面临风险，包括新房市场缩小，以及现金转换周期拉长带来的盈利及股本回报率压力。
近期政策“组合拳”密集落地。商业性个人住房贷款购房贴息政策10月1日起落地的居民商贷购房贴息新政，核心面向首套刚需，限定购房建筑面积不超120㎡、总价不高于150万元，贴息幅度为一个百分点，最长五年。此外，十一前后，北京、上海、广州、武汉四座城市先后落地完善商品房销售制度的实施细则，核心推进现房销售制度。
