AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) said Lim Joo Lee will take over as chief executive officer effective Thursday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Lim, who currently serves as chief financial officer, will continue to oversee the CFO function until her successor joins the REIT in December.
She succeeds Russell Ng Keh Yang, who resigned to pursue other professional interests.
