今年9月，加密货币行业招聘职位发布量增至1241个，较7月增长两倍以上，但申请量降至约2万份，显示行业招聘需求回暖与求职竞争格局出现分化。
加密货币招聘平台CryptoJobsList数据显示，9月职位发布量为1241个，8月为886个，7月为382个。9月总量是1月573个的两倍以上，而1月曾是8月之前今年最活跃的月份。招聘公司数量也从7月的107家增至9月的125家，8月曾降至77家。申请量则呈相反走势：7月为25700份，8月为24631份，9月略低于2万份。该平台认为，这一分化表明专业人才竞争正在收紧，但仅凭其数据尚无法确定申请量与职位发布量反向变化的原因。
从职位类别看，过去三个月金融需求最大，工程和交易紧随其后，稳定币、人工智能、安全和合规均进入前十。区块链技能方面，比特币是最常被要求的技能，其次是以太坊和Solana，这与三者作为加密货币行业最大网络的地位相符。
与2025年相比，今年招聘反弹更为明显。2025年加密货币招聘全年低迷，最活跃的10月仅有373个职位，7月、8月和9月数据持平。今年8月职位发布量已较7月翻倍，表明增长并非完全由夏季结束后季节性回升所致。CryptoJobsList数据表明，加密货币职位市场进入第四季度时，空缺数量多于今年此前任何时候，但暂时未必有更多申请者追逐这些职位。
