Vistra (VST) may receive a $4 billion loan package from the Trump administration to upgrade three of its nuclear plants, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Energy Secretary Chris Wright may announce the package as soon as Monday during a planned visit to the Perry nuclear complex in Ohio, the report said.

The loans would support upgrades at Vistra's two plants in Ohio and another in Pennsylvania, though the specific size of the planned expansions wasn't immediately known, the report said.

The Energy Department and Vista did immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
