“恐怖谷效应”（Uncanny Valley Effect）是指：当一个非人实体（如机器人、虚拟角色、AI 语音或数字人）在外貌、声音或行为上非常接近人类，但又存在细微不自然之处时，人们的好感度会突然从“喜欢”转为“强烈不适甚至恐惧”的心理现象。
根据微博用户反馈 AI 数字人面试官虽具备眨眼、说话气口等特征，但眼神空洞、微表情僵硬，呈现“似人非人”的塑料感，直接触发人类大脑的知觉冲突与生理排斥。
系统通过摄像头实时追踪瞳孔动态、面部肌肉紧张度，将回答延迟、语速颤抖等无意识生理反应转化为具体分数，不少用户认为 AI 面试不尊重人。
网友 @说车的姚老板 分享了一段 AI 面试视频，并称：“现在找工作，十有八九先过 AI 这一关：对着镜头答题，系统自动分析表情、语速和关键词，真人 HR 可能从头到尾都不露面。”
