周五早盘油价大幅下挫，延续日内早些时候的跌势。此前有消息称欧洲拟释放柴油与原油储备，以缓解全球供应短缺问题。
国际基准的12月交割布伦特原油期货下跌2.5%，报每桶99.51美元；美国11月交割西德克萨斯中质原油（WTI）期货下跌3.6%，报每桶89.47美元。
此前有报道称，在特朗普政府施压后，欧盟成员国正在讨论法国提出的释放更多柴油储备的提案。
该报道援引一位了解相关磋商细节的匿名消息人士称，法国提议欧盟各国释放5000万桶柴油，国际能源署（IEA）成员国释放5000万桶原油。
法国政府与国际能源署的发言人暂未即刻置评。
美国财长斯科特・贝森特呼吁欧洲国家紧急释放部分本土储备之后，欧盟于周五召开危机磋商会议，商议协同应对柴油价格飙升。
贝森特周四在社交媒体发文表示，美国的欧洲盟友“应当加快兑现已有承诺，立即投放额外供应，以解决当前供应中断问题。”
他补充道：“不应让美国农民、卡车司机和企业独自承担全球柴油短缺带来的压力。”
