Update: TotalEnergies Plans to Invest $10 Billion in Argentina

TotalEnergies (TTE) is planning to invest $10 billion in Argentina, Chief Executive Patrick Pouyanne said in a Friday email to MT Newswires.
The investment would cover three separate projects, with $1.5 billion allotted to Proyecto Alberdi in a development in Tierra del Fuego using electric subsea wells; $5 billion earmarked for an unconventional oil project in San Roque, Neuquen; and $4 billion to $5 billion over the next 10 years to boost gas production in Aguada Pichana Este, Neuquen, according to a company spokesperson.
