路透9月30日 - 据英国金融时报$(FT)$周三援引知情人士的话报导，腾讯0700.HK与美国云服务提供商甲骨文ORCL.N签署了其迄今为止规模最大的海外租赁协议，以使用约10万枚在中国无法获取的先进人工智能$(AI)$芯片。
据报导，腾讯今年同意与甲骨文签订为期五年的租赁协议，涉及甲骨文在东南亚的多个数据中心。
报导称，该交易价值估计约为70亿美元，预付款约占30%。
