Japan Display Acquires Mobara Logistics Facility for 40 Million Yen; Shares Drop 4%

Japan Display (TYO:6740) has acquired a logistics facility next to its Mobara fab from Logisteed for 40 million yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company will sell the logistics facility and the Mobara fab to semiconductor package maker Shinko Electric Industries.
Shares of the display manufacturer fell nearly 4% in recent Thursday trade.
