Fortior to Acquire Dutch Flow Sensor Maker Sciosense for $118 Million

Fortior Technology (SHA:688279, HKG:1304), through subsidiary Fortior Microelectronics, agreed to acquire Netherlands-based Sciosense for a total consideration of $118 million, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing on Wednesday.
Sciosense, which was acquired from Sciosense Holding, owns a portfolio of environmental and ultrasonic flow sensor products designed for clients in the automotive, industrial, building automation and consumer device markets.
The consideration includes $95.8 million paid for the shares and $22.2 million paid for Sciosense's debt.
