自2026年9月30日起，萧月秋女士(萧女士)因本公司公司秘书服务供应商卓佳的工作安排变动已辞任(i)本公司联席公司秘书(联席公司秘书);(ii)上市规则第3.05条项下本公司授权代表(授权代表);及 (iii)根据上市规则第19.05(2)条以及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部，代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的代表(法律程序代理人)。同日，欧阳苇芝女士(欧阳女士)已辞任联席公司秘书，以投入更多时间处理其于本集团的其他职责。
盘嘉盈女士(盘女士)已获委任为本公司公司秘书(公司秘书)、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2026年9月30日起生效。
