知情人士表示，达·席尔瓦·文特将以董事总经理身份加入 该公司纽约 办事处，为上市公司及公司董事会提供战略性股东互动、公司治理方面的咨询，并就如何应对那些日益推动全球企业变革的投资者提供防御策略。这些人士称，他们无法 公开讨论人事问题。

他此前供职于领先的股东顾问公司Jasper Street Partners，并曾在巴克莱 BARC.L 和Moelis MC.N 从事股东维权防御工作，职业生涯早期则在投资巨头贝莱德 BLK.N 的受托责任团队任职。
