Walt Disney's (DIS) Chief Creative Officer Dana Walden said she "would offer a lot of money" to "Bluey" TV series creator Joe Brumm if given the chance to purchase the intellectual property, Bloomberg reported Thursday.

Brumm took a break from creating new episodes to work on a "Bluey" movie due next year, the report said.

Disney has merchandise and "Bluey" characters at its theme parks, but the BBC and the Australian Broadcasting produce the show, Bloomberg reported.
