Synopsys (SNPS) expects fiscal 2027 revenue of about $11.15 billion at the midpoint, representing roughly 15% growth, the company said Wednesday.
For fiscal 2027, Synopsys expects non-GAAP EPS of $19.04 to $19.12 and free cash flow of about $3.1 billion. Operating cash flow is expected to be about $3.6 billion, with capital expenditures of about $500 million.
The company also plans to return up to 50% of free cash flow through share repurchases through fiscal 2030, and intends to buy back about $1 billion of shares over the coming months.
Through fiscal 2030, Synopsys targets mid-teens revenue growth and non-GAAP adjusted earnings growth in the mid-20% range.
