Daiwa House REIT Investment (TYO:8984) will issue 1.1 billion yen of unsecured investment corporation bonds at an annual interest rate of 2.49%.
The bonds will mature Oct. 16, 2029, with payment scheduled for Oct. 16, according to a Friday filing.
The REIT expects net proceeds of about 1.09 billion yen, which will be used as part of the funds to redeem its sixth unsecured investment corporation bonds due Dec. 18.
Following the issuance, the REIT's investment corporation bonds will increase to 39.5 billion yen from 38.4 billion yen, it said.
