消息面上，9月30日晚，浦江中国发布公告称，拟配股最多3300万股股份融资，占扩大后股本约7.53%，配售价每股4港元，较9月30日收市价4.685港元折让约14.62%，募资总额约1.32亿港元、募资净额约1.3008亿港元。公司拟将所得款项净额主要用于租赁算力资源、提升研发能力、扩大客户覆盖范围及服务能力以及一般营运资金，预计所得款项净额将于2027年3月底前悉数动用。
