Ajiya's (KLSE:AJIYA) subsidiary, Ajiya Safety Glass, agreed to dispose of a factory and office property in Selangro to Esprit Care for 58 million ringgit.
The property comprises a single-story factory with a two-story office on a freehold industrial land spanning around 13,536 square meters.
Proceeds from the disposal will be used to support the company's working capital requirements, finance ongoing expansion and fund business activities.
