锦艺集团控股(00565.HK)：进一步收购Edgeon的股权

　　格隆汇10月2日丨锦艺集团控股(00565.HK)发布公告，有关收购Edgeon Data Co.Ltd(“Edgeon”)17.90%股权。买方与卖方近日订立买卖协议(“买卖协议II”)，据此，买方已同意购买而卖方已同意出售Edgeon的58.37万股股份(占Edgeon已发行股本约6.87%)，代价为5.86亿韩元(相当于约港币292.9万元)(“进一步收购事项”)。于本公布日期，进一步收购事项已完成，而集团于Edgeon的股权于紧随完成后由约17.90%增加至24.77%。 　　Edgeon近日已向其一名股东配发及发行585.21万股新股份，占Edgeon经扩大已发行股本约40.78%(“股份发行事项”)。股份发行事项导致集团于Edgeon的股权由24.77%减少至14.67%，并构成视作出售于Edgeon的10.10%股权(“视作出售事项”)。
