10月8日，燃油使用成本正在影响欧洲购车选择。EasyMarkets易信表示，十月五日发布的行业分析称，欧盟一至八月纯电动车销量同比增长百分之四十五，达到约一百六十四万辆。第二季度纯电车型销量首次超过汽油车型，显示新车市场的动力结构正在发生变化。

　　车型供给也是变化的重要条件。EasyMarkets易信认为，报道提到更多价格较低的新车型进入市场，并预计全年约有六十款新车型推出。消费者不只比较购车价格，还会考虑充电条件和后续开支，因此不能把销量增长全部归因于某一个短期价格因素。

　　对石油市场而言，新车销售占比是需求趋势信号，却不是汽油消费的即时替代比例。存量车辆更替需要时间，行驶里程、车辆效率和家庭充电覆盖也会影响节油速度。即使电动车销量快速扩大，公路货运和其他用途的燃油消费仍须单独估算，不能直接外推整体石油需求。因此，销量变化与燃料消费之间应保留时间差，不能将一个季度的新车表现直接视作需求拐点。

　　下一阶段，EasyMarkets易信分析称，可结合新车注册、存量车队结构与汽油实际销量观察传导过程。如果低价车型持续增加且充电便利性改善，替代趋势可能更稳定；若用车成本差距缩小，增速也可能变化。这份数据更适合评估中期消费结构，而非预测短线油价。
